For non-visual observations the Lyrid peak should fall on April 22 sometime between roughly 04 h – 15 h UT, with marginally higher ZHRs likely the closer the maximum happens to [ch8764] 11 h 30 m UT.
My 2013 Lyrid maximum prediction for videometeor observers, based on analyses of data from CMOR, CMN, SonotaCo, EDMOND and VMDB (2007-2012):
